This is a "dolmush" and is another form of public transportation here. The "dolmush" is kind of like a van that has seats for about 15, but sometimes is packed with upwards of 30 people. It's name, literally means "stuffed." It costs the same amount as a bus and runs a specific route, but doesn't have specific drop off/pick up points. When someone wants to get off along the route they just say inacek var, which roughly means "there is someone who will step down."Invention: Many of the large shopping areas/malls have parking garages here that are sensor based/computerized. When you pull up outside of the parking garage there is a sign showing how many empty spaces are on each level. Then after pulling into the garage you will notice little lights above each space. If the light is green...the space is available. If it is red...the space already has a car in it. It's very nice and cuts down on the frustration of driving around and around forever.

Hi Sommermeyers, I hope you don't think its weird that I'm popping out of the woodwork to comment! My parents and Zack's mom were friends in high school youth group (in fact, Lois introduced them!)
