We headed out to the Ankara Zoo with some friends this weekend.
Here is Eli riding his first pony. He was pretty emotionless through the whole thing; acted like it was no big deal.
Proof that there are turkeys in Turkey.

Following the park we enjoyed a picnic in the woods (along with about 200 other people).
He was completely content pulling grass, throwing grass, and eating grass.
Eli and his "abiler" (Turkish older brothers). We also went to the park and had a picnic with them this weekend!
A first for Easter meals: Eli fell asleep in the car immediately after worship and we weren't about to wake "the monster" so we grabbed McDonald's and enjoyed fine dining in a pavillion next to the highway (while Eli slept on in the car).
