Looking Forward

The next couple months are big for us and there are many things that we're looking forward to. Here they are in no particular order. 

1. a visit from this lady:

That's Zach mom (holding Eli when he was just a few days old). She has decided to make a spontaneous trip to Turkey to hold her newest grandson and we couldn't be happier!

Then, at the end of October we're flying to the good old US of A. It'll be our first visit back since we moved to Turkey two years ago.

2. On that trip I'll be the Matron of Honor for these two: 

That's my beautiful sister!

3. Zach is super psyched to watch the Texans on t.v. and is bound and determined to be in the crowd at this game:

P.S. Does anyone out there have tickets they want to get rid of??

4. Eli really wants to see something like this in real life:

And I would love to watch his face as he watches them.

5. We'll be in St. Louis just in time to have a pumpkin pie or apple pie concrete at this local hot spot: 

 

6. We can't WAIT to have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day worship here:
